Namex® MOX
CaO-/MgO-based additive for shrinkage reduction in cement-bound systems
Namex® MOX is a reactive mineral additive based on CaO/MgO for the reduction of shrinkage in cement-bound building materials. The mineral blend, ground to cement fineness, reacts with mixing water under a volume increase and heat evolution. The associated expansion can counteract the shrinkage of the cement stone and contribute to a reduced shrinkage magnitude.
